Hi Alice! Love the book, can’t wait for the next one! I would love to see Tristan in Texas…under my Christmas tree!! Yummy!!! Thanks for the update, will be checking back every day!
Under the tree! I love it. With ribbons…now there’s an idea…
Of course, I realize that such a plot might also be far too morose and also perhaps overused. It also may be something he’d previously suffered in the story’s timeline, I can’t remember. Thank goodness your imagination is wayyyyyy more creative than mine!
Anyway thanks so much for writing a book that sooo appeals to the fantasies of a rock music junkie !
That’s great news, thanks! And ya know I just did have an idea about Tristan’s story based upon my own personal “fantasy Tristan” – when I read the story I immediately saw Tristan as Chris Cornell from Soundgarden- don’t know why but that’s who popped into my head an is a great rocker to fantsize over IMHO. Anyway in the early days of the Seattle rock scene Andy Wood, another rocker and great friend/ bandmate of Cornell’s o.d.’d and that reportedly had a tremendous impact on Cornell. It is certainly a true story for so many rock artists and it occured to me that something along those lines might make for an interesting plot if Tristen were to suffer such a loss and Lily could support him through it somehow. Anyhow, not sure if that is any way in keeping with your plotlines or interest but it certainly is a realistic plot for the music world.
Hey Alice so glad to see you back blogging – I’ve been checking this site daily waiting to hear more re. the next book and was worried that you’d disappeared! Can’t wait to see what happens in the next installment, sorry that my creativity is lacking and thus I have no ideas for you but simply love the first book. Thank you for creating this amazing story!
Thank you for checking! I will be improve my updating – have been wrapped up with the editing and the holidays! I’m going to post some outtakes soon and the book is still on track for Xmas release. So glad you liked the book!!
